Terms of Service

These terms cover purchases made on the Dank Prison store (dankprison.com).

What you're buying

Everything sold here is a virtual, in-game perk (ranks, cosmetics, boosters, unlocks and similar) for the Dank Prison Minecraft server. Perks are delivered to the Minecraft username you enter, have no real-world monetary value, and can't be transferred, exchanged for cash, or moved to a different account after delivery — so double-check the username before paying. Buying a perk is a way of supporting the server; it doesn't buy ownership of anything or any say in how the server is run.

Delivery

Perks are applied automatically, usually within a minute of payment. Some items are handed over the next time the recipient logs in. If something hasn't arrived after a reasonable wait, contact us (below) and we'll sort it out — that includes cases where you've changed your username since buying.

Pricing & payment

All charges are processed securely by PayPal in USD. Prices shown in other currencies are approximate conversions for convenience; the exact USD amount is shown at checkout. We never see or store your card details.

Ranks & upgrades

Ranks are one-time purchases per player: each account can hold one rank, higher tiers include everything below them, and once you own a rank you climb by buying a rank upgrade (you pay only the difference). The store automatically prevents buying a rank you already have — or anything beneath it.

Gift cards

Gift cards are store credit for this store only. They have no cash value, can't be redeemed for money, and any promotional gift cards we give away may come with an expiry shown when issued. Treat the code like cash — anyone with the code can spend it.

Refunds & chargebacks

Because virtual perks are delivered instantly and can't be returned, all sales are final by default — but genuine mistakes happen, so contact us first and we'll work something out where we reasonably can (wrong username, duplicate payment, item never delivered). Opening a PayPal dispute or chargeback without contacting us may result in the associated perks being revoked and the account being suspended from the store and server.

Fair use

Server rules apply to purchased perks like everything else. Perks may be revoked without refund if they were obtained by fraud (stolen payment methods, exploited gift cards) or if the account is banned for serious rule-breaking. We may adjust what a package contains over time to keep the game balanced; meaningful changes will be reflected on the store page.

Minors

If you're under 18, only make a purchase with the permission of a parent or guardian — and parents, the checkout runs through your PayPal account, so it's your call.
